200 grams of white chocolate 4 eggs of eggs 180 grams of condensed milk (¾ cup) 100 grams of sugar (½ cup) 500 milliliters of water |

Ingredients to make white chocolate flan:
1. We start preparing all the ingredients. We will use the sugar to make the caramel and we will throw it at the bottom of the container where the flan is going to be done.
2. To prepare this white chocolate flan, in a saucepan we will throw the water, the chocolate and the condensed milk, stirring until the chocolate is undone. You can preheat the oven at 150ºC.
3. In a bowl we will throw the eggs and beat them. Then we will gather them with the mixture of the saucepan and stir to mix everything well.
4. We cover the bottom of a mold with sugar and pour the mixture on top. The homemade flan must be made to the water bath, which we are going to fill the tray from the oven with a water finger and we will put the flan on top. We will have 150ºC for 40-45 minutes.
5. After this time we will let the white chocolate flan cool and unmold it in a fountain, leaving the caramel on the upper face, to serve it to portions.
