Ingredients to make white chocolate cupcakes with chocolate mayonnaise:

1. The first step to make these white chocolate cupcakes and chocolate mayonnaise is to preheat the oven at 170ºC.

2. Then we melt the white chocolate with the butter. We can do it in the microwave or in the water bath. I do it in the microwave, about two minutes at medium power. We remove well until we get a light cream for our chocolate cakes.
