White cheese and chocolate cake recipe

It has few ingredients, it is easy to do and fast, the only inconvenience is that it requires hours in the refrigerator so that it sets well. However, if we have freezer we can expedite this process, so it is a perfect dessert. Ingredients to make cheese and white chocolate cake:
½ pack of cookies (100 g)
30 grams of butter
Para the filling:
250 grams of cream cheese
250 grams of cream or milk cream
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
180 grams of white chocolate

Ingredients to make cheese and white chocolate cake:

1. The first thing we must do is chop and melt chocolate in the microwave in short time intervals, no more than 1 minute. Thus, after the first minute, we remove, stir and if you still have a little left it half more. It is very important not to exceed time because it could burn and the cheese and white chocolate cake would not do well. We reserve and let it cool.

It is advisable to remove the cheese from the fridge in advance to take an ambient temperature. If it is not possible, we will have to pass it a few seconds through the microwave.





4. Add the cream or milk cream and continue beating until it sets it. Depending on the type of cream cheese we use, or if we like the cheese and white chocolate cake very sweet, we can add some sugar.





5. Now, we incorporate the white chocolate already cold and integrate it into the mixture with a spatula, making enveloping movements so as not to lose volume.





6. We pour the filling on the base of cookies, distribute it with the spatula and reserve the white cheese and chocolate cake in the refrigerator throughout the night so that it sets better. If we cannot expect so much, we always have the option to leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours.





7. When it has set, we demolish the white chocolate cheesecake very carefully and decorate it to taste.
