2. We are going to start by placing the water in a saucepan together with the entire piloncillo, we put it over medium heat and let the piloncillo disintegrate in the water, stirring constantly.





3. When the piloncillo takes its caramel point (as we observe in the image), remove from the heat and beat vigorously with the help of the wooden shovel until whitening.





4. Once the caramel is bleached, add the entire nuts and integrate them very well.
