50 grams of nuts
200 grams of flour
1 Egg unit
1 unit of yolk
50 grams of raisins
100 grams of butter
80 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon of rum

Ingredients to make nut nests:

1. Soak the raisins in the rum for an hour. After this time, it forms a volcano with the flour on the work table and in the center introduces the sugar, the whole egg, a yolk and the raisin rum.

2. Start mixing until a homogeneous but not compact or very consistent mass is achieved. Without working it a lot, add the raisins and let it rest for an hour. After the time, extend the dough until a thickness of half a centimeter.



Trick: Preheat the oven at 170ºC.

3. Take a round cuttage of about five centimeters in diameter and cut all the circles you can. Place the nests in a baking tray lined with baking paper, and in the center of each one we put half nut.

4. Bake the walnut nests for 10 minutes, or until you see that they are ready. Meanwhile, you can prepare real glasa to decorate them. To do it, place an egg white in a pot, add twice the glasses and remove with a spatula to form a foamy mixture. Another way to prepare it is riding the whites to the point of snow with electric rods and introducing the sugar little by little.

5. To get the royal glasa to be light, add a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice. When nut nests are ready, you can decorate them with the real glasa.
