Venezuelan Merengitus Recipe

The five whites are placed in a deep container and beating the whites very well until you get snow point (if it is much better electric blender). The sugar is gradually add until the mixture takes firm consistency. The essence is added , we put the mixture in a sleeve with a large star mouthpiece and make the figures on a tray tray covered with paraffin paper. If manga and nozzle are not available, they can be done taking small portions with a spoon and placing them in the tray. They get to the oven at a minimum temperature for about 45 min.

Ingredients to make Venezuelan merengers:
Five (5) Clear of eggs
500 grs of sugar
one (1) teaspoon of colorless essence (the taste of your preference)
