Vegan Buddin and Canela Buddine Recipe

Ingredients to make vegan apple and cinnamon pudding:
1 cup of apple in cubitos
2 cups of flour (better integral)
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of baking powder or yeast type royal
1 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of brown sugar (or other type)
1 cup grated carrot
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil (or a soft one)
1 teaspoon of essence or vanilla extract
1 cup of water or vegetable milk
1 piece of vegetable margarine (for the mold)
1 pinch of flour (for the mold)

Ingredients to make vegan apple and cinnamon pudding:

1. We preheat the oven to 180 ºC and spread a mold with the vegetable margarine and the pinch of flour so that later we can perfectly unmold the integral Buddin of vegan apple.



Trick: I have used a round but the most typical mold is to make the English pudding with a rectangular one.

2. Mix the chopped apple in a bowl along with the grated carrot, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and baking powder.

3. In a separate bowl we mix the water or any type of vegetable milk with the oil and the essence of vanilla, and we pour the mixture on the first container.
