Vanilla Chocoflan Recipe

Chocoflan or impossible cake is a typical dessert of several countries in Latin America and much appreciated, and it combines two of the most popular sweets worldwide: flan and cake. The traditional Chocoflan recipe combines chocolate cake with flan, but this time we wanted to make a variety with vanilla to give a different touch and surprise our guests. Ingredients to do vanilla chocoflan:
For the flan:
190 grams of cream cheese
1 can of evaporated milk (400 g)
1 can of condensed milk (400 g)
5 egg
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
For the cake:
260 grams of flour for pastry or leudante
200 grams of sugar (1 cup)
120 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
15 grams of baking powder
200 milliliters of milk cream ( 1 cup)
4 eggs
1 cup of cocoa powder (optional)

150 grams of sugar (¾ cup)
1 glass of water

Ingredients to do vanilla chocoflan:

1. Do the vanilla flan by liquefying all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. You can use a blender, electric rods, electric blender or manual rods.

2. Apart, prepare the sponge cake mass by first beating the sugar with the butter at room temperature. Then, add the eggs, integrates, add the milk and bat. Now, incorporate sifted flour with baking powder and, finally, vanilla essence. To make the chocolate cake, add the cocoa also sifted.

6. Prepare the caramel heating the sugar with the water until it is completely dissolved while the homemade vanilla chocoflan is baked. Booking.
