2. Wash the Uchuvas with a little water.
3. In a bowl, macerate the uchuvas with the sugar and rum. You can help you with a stick spoon. Leave macrating for approximately 24 hours. If you don have brown sugar you can also use white sugar.
4. After 24 hours of maceration, to a Honda pot and cook over medium heat for 10 to a maximum of 15 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
