Tulip mass recipe

100 gr. sugar
100 gr. butter
100 gr. flour
100 gr. Egg Clara

2. Finally add the butter and mix very well. In an greased baking plate extend the dough with a spatula or the back of a spoon and give it round shape.

3. Bake at 150ºC until brown (between 15 and 20 minutes), take out of the oven and place on a glass for the tulip to take its shape.

4. This operation has to be done quite quickly, as the dough must be model while hot.
