74 gr butter
200 gr milk
3 yolks
22 gr corn bracket

7. When milk is boiling, we add a little to our yolks and mix very well. Then add all the yolks to our milk and continue cooking until thickens.





8. When the mixture is very thick we let it cool a little and put it on our cake that we already had baked.





9. Decorate with our tropical fruits and serve.
