We caramelize 6 molds and put them inside the varoma container. We open the vanilla pod in half and remove the seeds. We put the milk in the glass along with the vanilla, we program 5 minutes, 90º spoon speed and turn to the left. Once the time is over, we remove the milk from the glass and let it cool completely. We clarify the machine and mix at speed 3 eggs, sugar and milk for about 15 seconds. We put in the molds the previous mixture, we close them and close the cover of the Varoma container. We put the water in the glass, we program 7 minutes, varoma, speed 2, when we finish we program again, 30 minutes, varoma speed 2 and place the varoma container on top. After time we let the molds cool, we put them in the fridge and unmold when consuming. A lifelong dessert, I hope you like it!
