Traditional ice cream recipe

Boil the milks with cinnamon, sugar and grated coconut slit.

Ingredients to make traditional ice cream:
2 1/2 cups of fresh milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
2 cdas. of grated coconut
4 egg yolks
1 Raja of whole cinnamon
canela ground
1 cdta. vanilla

2. blend and strain it leaving the bulk of the coconut.

3. Take back to the fire until you take consistency, add the yolks and vanilla. Remove, strain.

4. pour into a flat container. Freeze

5. Sirva sprinkling cinnamon on top. They can in square pieces.
