Ingredients to make three milk cake with brandy:
1. To make the cake we separate the whites from the egg yolks. Then, beat the whites to the point of snow, add 125 grams of sugar and continue beating.
2. Apart, we beat the yolks along with the remaining sugar. Then, we join both preparations and integrate them with a spatula, making enveloping movements so as not to lose volume. Finally, add the sifted flour and continue mixing. If we want the cake it is more spongy, we can add a teaspoon of baking powder.
3. We pour the mixture on a previously greased mold with the butter and bake the cake at 200 ºC for 30 minutes, or until when introducing a stick it comes out completely clean. We have used a mold about 20 cm in diameter.
4. While the cub is baked, we liquefy the three milks together with the vanilla and the brandy and reserve the preparation. Of course, if the three milks cake will be consumed by children better eliminate the liquor from the recipe and choose to prepare a traditional cake.
5. When the cake is ready, we remove it from the oven, click the surface with a fork and, without taking it out of the mold or let it cool, we pour the mixture of three milks. We let the cake absorb the preparation well.
