Ingredients to make three milk with rum:
1. The first thing you should do to make the three homemade milk cake is to prepare the cake. To do this, separate the whites from the yolks and place the latter in a bowl along with the sugar. Beat until you integrate and add sifted flour, little by little and still mix. Apart, beat the whites until they set them up and, little by little, see the water and vanilla adding, while still. Finally, it incorporates the whites to the rest of the dough making soft surround movements.
2. Pour the mass of the cake on the greased and floured mold and bake for 45 minutes at 180 ºC. We have used a half kilo mold.
3. While vanilla cake is baked, prepare the milk cream. To do it, beat the condensed milk with the cream of milk and evaporated milk, with a manual or electric whistler, the use of the second being preferable. Once beaten, add the rum and keep mixing.
4. When the cake is ready, let it rest inside the mold. Once cold, remove it and place it in a flat source or plate. Then, open it in half to obtain two equal parts. Take the first layer, the lower one, place it again in the mold and click the surface with a fork. Then, place half of the three milky cream on this cake layer and let it absorb it.
5. Once that first layer of the three milk cake with rum is finished, place on it the remaining half of cake and repeat the previous procedure (prick the surface and see the cream that remains).
6. While the cub has just absorbed the mixture of three milks, takes the opportunity to make the meringue beating snow to the whites and gradually adding the sugar. You can add more sugar if you consider it necessary.
7. When the three milk cake with rum is ready, retire the mold with care and decorate it covering it completely with the meringue, sprinkling cinnamon or placing strawberries to your liking. Of course, the decoration is totally free, so you can add or not the fruits you want.
