120 ml milk (1/2 cup) 5 eggs l 200 g of flour (1 1/2 cup) 150 g of sugar (2/3 cup) 1 cdta of vanilla essence 1 cdta of baking powder or chemical yeast zest of 1 lemon (optional) 250 ml of cream to mount (1 cup) 250 ml of evaporated milk (1 cup) 250 ml of condensed milk (1 cup) for the chantilly cream :: 250 ml of cream to mount (1 cup) 40 g Glass sugar (1/3 cup) 1 cdta of vanilla essence |

Ingredients to make three milk cake with chantilly cream:
1. As I always say it is best to have everything by hand, and the first thing I have prepared are the ingredients for the cake of the three milky cake with Chantilly. We separate the whites from the yolks, in a bowl we beat the whites for about 5 minutes, add half the sugar and continue beating about 3 more minutes or until the mixture is firm (form a pico of rooster), and when we are reserved for more ahead.
2. With the yolks, we beat a few minutes until they are bleached, add the rest of the sugar, the essence of vanilla and the lemon zest, and we continue beating another 3 minutes. When they rise in volume, add the milk and beat until all the rest of the ingredients are incorporated. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

If you want you can prepare the chantilly cream to decorate it, mixing the cream to mount, the Glass sugar and the essence with the hand rod at maximum speed about 5 minutes and you will have it ready. Cover and decorate the cake of three milks with Chantilly at ease (mine was narrow because my mold is 26 cm and the best is 23cm).
