Sweet sweet potato, pineapple and coconut recipe

Ingredients to make sweet potato, pineapple and coconut:
4 cups of coconut milk (cream or tender coconut)
1 pineapple (mature but fix me)
1.2 kilograms of sweet potato
1 teaspoon of vanilla (white or black)
3 cups of white sugar or brunette
1 pinch of ginger to taste (powdered or chopped)
3 branches of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make sweet potato, pineapple and coconut:

1. Wash the sweet potatoes, cut into 4 parts each and boil, until they feel tender. Prepare a puree with sweet potatoes and reserve. Pick in small paintings the pineapple and reserve.
