We cut the upper end of pineapple and empty it. We remove the heart and cut the pulp into pieces, letting them macerate for three or four hours in a bowl with the odorous wine. We also cut a piece of the bark of the base, without piercing the pineapple so that the liquid does not come out. Thus we get the plate to be fastened and do not turn.
