Ingredients to make strawberry mousse:
2 gelatin leaves
300 grams of strawberries
400 milliliters of cream for mounting or milk cream
100 grams of sugar glas
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, cold

Ingredients to make strawberry mousse:

1. First, we are going to put the gelatin leaves to hydrate in cold water for 5 minutes. The gelatin is not essential for the recipe, it can be suppressed, although it gives a little more consistency to the strawberry mousse.

Trick: You can also replace the gelatin by agar-water.

2. We wash and dry the strawberries, remove the pendulum and chop (we will reserve a large strawberry for decoration). We put them in the blender glass and crush well without any stumble. We reserve.

3. With electric rods beat the cream or milk cream. When it is half mounted, we are adding the icing sugar little by little while we continue beating (if you are of very sweet desserts, add one more sugar spoon). We reserve to continue with the strawberry mousse recipe. If you want, you can prepare your own icing sugar following this simple recipe.

Trick: It is important that the cream is very cold when it comes to riding it, and if the rods and the bowl are also cold, much better.

4. We remove some strawberry puree and heat it in the microwave until it boils. We squeeze the gelatin leaves with the hand and add them to the hot puree. We remove well with some rods so that it is well integrated. We incorporate the rest of the puree and mix well.

5. We gradually incorporate the strawberry puree into the mounted cream while we are mixing gently but ensuring that the mash is well distributed. In order for a good strawberry mousse, it is important that in this step we do not wear electric rods and that we opt for a spatula or manual rods.

6. We distribute the strawberry mousse in four vessels, in glasses or a suitable container to present the homemade mousse. We take them to the fridge and let them cool, at least, for four hours.

7. At the time of serving, we chop the strawberry we had saved and distribute it between the four mousse vessels. You can also put some mint leaves to decorate.

8. As the mousse has cream, it is preferable to consume it in the first three or four days of its elaboration and always stored in the fridge. If you liked this strawberry mousse recipe, I invite you to also visit my blog target = _blank re = NOFOLW class = outboundcakes for you.
