1. To make our homemade gumitas we will first make a syrup. To do this, we put the sugar with 200 ml of water on the fire. We lead to a boil, stir so that the sugar dissolves and we let it cook 5 minutes over low heat and without stirring. We remove from heat and reserve.





2. Mix the powder jelly preparation with 125 ml of water and cornstarch. We remove well with some rods to avoid possible lumps. We reserve to continue with the recipe for strawberry gomites.

3. In another saucepan, we bring another 200 ml of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the jelly with the cornstarch. We remove, put back on the fire and stir until the preparation thickens.
