Put the strawberries in a saucepan with the sugar and 3 tablespoons of water, cook over low heat, stirring until they are soft. Pase it through the blender and let it cool.

2. Put the gelatin soak in cold water. Heat the juice of a lemon and undo the gelatin, previously drained from the water, without ever cooking. When dissolved, mix with the puree of red fruits.
3. In a container put the condensed milk, the other lemon juice, strawberry puree and mix everything. Once beaten, add the cream slowly. Dump the mixture into a removable round mold and put it in the fridge.
4. Heat the raspberry jelly until it is liquid, let cool until it is tempered and cover with it the surface of the cake. Put it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours until it sets.
