Spongy vanilla flan recipe

Slightly gats the 6 eggs, 1 yolk, flower sugar, boiled milk and vanilla. I emptied a caramel Buddinera and cook in Maria bath, in a soft oven. When it is cold, check it out of the mold, cover it with meringue and put 2 minutes to the very hot oven to brown.

6 egg (s)
200 gr sugar
1/2 lt milk
