Spell tartlet recipe

Dough:

Ingredients to make peach tartlets:
250 g flina
1 pinca salt
100 g sugar
150 g butter
1 da zest lemon
2 yolks
mousse de vanilla al Porto ::
1 copita
1 1 boxe box of vanilla powder
1 can Reduated jam
50 g nuts
250c cream

Ingredients to make peach tartlets:

2. Process flour, salt, sugar, butter, lemon zest and yolks.

3. Form a tender mass, let it rest 20´ and line the tartlet molds.

4. cook them and fill.

5. Vanilla mousse to Porto: Beat the cream at half a point.

6. Add the Porto and mix gently.

7. Incorporate the vanilla mousse dust and mix until integrating.

8. Place half peaches in well-struggled syrup, face down, on the basis of the tartlet.

9. Fill with the vanilla moussede to the port and brush the edges of the dough on the reduced jam.

10. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
