Soft nougat cup ingredients:

1. First we will do the mini meringues, that if you want, you can buy them already made. If we are going to do them at home, the first thing will be to weigh the egg white. This is very important, from here we will measure the same amount of sugar and icing sugar. My Clara weighed 35 g. Mount the Clara with some electric rods along with a pinch of salt. 4. And now, we go with the elaboration of the orange and nougat drinks: for this, first, squeeze the juice of two oranges. Put in a saucepan with the sugar and the teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Bring to boiling and remove from heat. Let cool.





5. Peel the rest of oranges removing as much as possible the white part and even the skin, so cut a lot with the knife. Chop the oranges.





6. Then also chop the soft nougat into small cubes.





7. When riding nougat drinks, distribute orange pieces in six glasses. Distribute the orange juice syrup.





8. Then, put several nougat cubes of Jijona.

10. If they are not going to consume right away, reserve soft nougat drinks in the fridge. They can be prepared one day in advance.
