Sicilian cake recipe

100 gr. ground almond (raw)
8 ud. cookie
2 ud. Egg

Ingredients to make Sicilian cake:

2. Beat the butter softened with the sugar, separately, until it is creamy.

3. Add the warm chocolate, the almonds, the yolks and the crushed cookies, mix it well and incorporate the whites mounted to the point of snow.

4. pour it into a mold smeared with butter and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

5. Demold it and decorate with luster sugar.

6. Presentation: Decorate with fruits the top of the cake and accompany if it likes, with light custard.
