Ingredients to make climbing peaches:
2. Put the peaches without peeling on the slices.
3. Add 425 ml. of water, the lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of sugar, the essence of vanilla and ground cinnamon to taste.
4. Cover the saucepan and let it cook over low heat 4 to 6 minutes, depending on how mature the peaches are.
5. Remove the peaches from the syrup and slow down the skin to remove it.
