Salta nougat recipe

Ingredients to make Salta nougat:
For the dough ::
200 grams of flour 0000
1 cda. of butter or fat vaccine
3 cditas. of baking powder
2 cdas. SUPERAS DE SUGAR
6 yolks
1 and 1/2 CDA. of alcohol or cognac
1 pinch of salt
For the filling ::
1 cup of cane honey
250 grams of sugar
6 egg whites

Ingredients to make Salta nougat:
