Russian cream recipe

8 tablespoons of condensed milk
5 eggs
100 gr. of cream
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
1 lemon

2. Once a dough is obtained without lumps, add the egg yolks and continue mixing everything until a homogeneous dough is obtained. In a saucepan that is not aluminum, put 1/2 liter of water, condensed milk and a lemon crust. Heat it and move it until the milk is completely dissolved.

3. Once hot, pour it over the yolks, little by little and stir constantly. Cook it in the water bath, until it thickens. Turn off the fire and remove it. Add the cream and mix it well. Put the cream in the refrigerator about two hours to cool. Take it out at the time of serving.
