Ron mousse recipe

Beat the yolks, add sugar and rum. Dissolve the jelly in hot water. Add the gelatin cast to the yolks. Incorporate the whipped cream and snow beaten. Pour into a mold passed by water. Refrigerate a couple of hours to curdle.

2 1/2 egg (s)
1/3 cup (from) sugar
1/4 cup (s) ron
2 teaspoon (s) flavorless jelly
1/8 cup (s) hot water
1/2 cup (s) cream
