Ricota and cream cake recipe

100 g butter
12 units vanillas

1 cup sugar

200 g Milk cream

2. Cut the butter with a knife and incorporate it into the vanillas until a kind of wet sand is achieved.

3. Take a mold for demoldable cake with this preparation.

4. The mold must be previously enmantecado, and the operation will be carried out at the tip of the fingers or with the outer edge of a spoon, pressing very well.

5. Thus the fully covered mold (walls and background) will remain with this preparation.

6. Reserve.

8. Add juice and lemon zest.

9. Add the ricota and mix very well.

10. Finally dissolve the cornstarch in the cream and add to the previous preparation mixing everything very well.

11. Fill the reserved mold with this mixture.

12. Cook in a medium oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until the preparation is firm (and the slightly golden cover).

13. Leave at least 4 hours before serving.
