1. Beat the eggs with the sugar to start preparing the French Red Fruit cake.





2. Then, we add almond flour and cornstarch, both previously sifted to prevent lumps from forming. Mix with manual rods until they are integrated. We have used these flours to make gluten -free clafoutis, but if you don have them you can use only corn, rice flour or wheat flour.





3. Finally, we add the essence of vanilla and milk and continue mixing. Do not worry if the mass of the French Clafoutis is too liquid, it is normal.





4. We place the dough in a mold preferably of previously greased silicone, about 20 cm in diameter. Then, add the well distributed red fruits. We have only used raspberries, but you can add the red fruits that are desired, such as blueberries, chopped strawberries, cherries …





5. Bake the French Red Fruits cake with the preheated oven at 180 ºC for 40-45 minutes, or until it is ready. And ready! The red fruits clafoutis can be served with whipped cream, meringue or icing sugar. Without a doubt, it is a delight that you cannot miss, in addition to being a simple and fast dessert.
