RECIPE OF PANCQUEQUES DE DURAZNOS

Melt margarine. Blend egg, flour, milk, sugar and melting margarine. Put some margarine in a pan. Pour a bucket of the mixture and cook a few minutes until the edges of the pancake gets up. Go around the pancake and cook for a few minutes. Remove and put on absorbent paper. Keep doing the same with the rest of the mixture. Cut the peaches into fish markets. Fill the pancakes with peaches. Heat the butter and add the Amaretto. Add the pancakes and cook 3 minutes. Put in dishes and pour the sauce on top.

1 1/2 cup (s) (s) canned peaches (s)
