We begin by preparing the broken dough, it needs rest and so as soon as it refrigerates we will be caramelizing the quince.

2. Another option would be to use puff pastry, in which case, we would simply let defrost.
3. In a bowl, we have the flour, the sugar, the salt sands, and the butter cut into taquitos, we join everything with the fingers, as making a kind of sandy, then add the beaten egg, the water and continue integrating until joining the dough.
