Ingredients to make strawberry gelatin to milk with milk with Thermomix:
For the Strawberry Gelatin ::
2 boxes of strawberry royal jelly
600gr. of water
400gr. of red strawberries
the juice of 1/2 lemon
50gr. of sugar
For rice ::
6 gelatin leaves (neutral)
arroz with milk.
A tupper crown mold or any other of your taste.

2. Do the rice with milk as indicated in the recipe.

3. When it is over, take out some rice in a large cup, drain the gelatin and mix well with the rice making sure it is well dissolved.

4. Then program 3 minutes, 70º, speed 1 and pour the content of the cup, little by little, through the mouth to make a homogeneous mixture.

5. Take it in a container and let cool.

6. Wash the Thermomixs vessel well and put the water in it.

8. Choose the mold you will use.

10. If it is another, form it with transparent film to be able to unmold it easily.

11. Cover the background with a strawberry jelly (with a height of 1 1/2 centimeters approx.) And enter it into the refrigerator to set.

12. Go filleting the strawberries and when the mold jelly has hardened, put them on it and cover them with more strawberry jelly (cover them only, do not take more).

13. Repeal the mold into the refrigerator so that it sets. (If you have enough strawberry jelly, put it in any other mold for you to set).

14. When the rice has cooled, finish filling the gelatin mold with it and let it curdle (it is better to do this dessert on the eve).

15. Unmold and decorate with mounted cream.
