Recipe for flambados for dessert

Peel the bananas and split them in half in a longitudinal way and sprinkle with the lemon juice and let macerate for a few minutes, 5 or 6 approx.

5 bananas
the juice of 1 limon if it is large or 2 if they are small
30 grs of brown sugar
60 grs of butter or margarine
100 ml of rum, dark preferably
1 orange, the juice and the rayadura

2. In a pan, where all the sneakers of bananas are picked, butter or margarine is added, until it is melted.

3. Morena sugar and orange juice and rayness of it are added, heated over medium heat while stiring until the sugar can dissolve.

4. Then incorporate the lemon juice into this mixture where bananas were macrating and remove everything well.

5. Then place the bananas and brown them on both sides, sprinkling them from time to time with the juice.

6. Finally, remove from heat, add the rum and turn on (flambo) and serve once the fire has turned off.
