Rapid Caquis Mousse Recipe

Peel the caquis and blend. Beat the whites to snow, incorporate a syrup made of hair with sugar, vanilla and water. Beat until the whites cool, add the caquis and in the end the jelly dissolved in a little warm water. By serving add yellow cream the milk with vanilla and sugar. Incorporate the maicena dissolved into the yolks and in a little hot milk. Thicken.

3 khaki (s)
3 egg (s) its clear
3/4 cup (s) sugar
1/2 tablespoon (s) vanilla
1 tablespoon (s) Jewatin without flavor
3/8 lt milk
3 yolk ( s)
1/2 teaspoon (s) vanilla (extract)
1/2 tablespoon (s) maicena
water that wet sugar
