Ingredients to make quinotos in Almibar:
500 grams of quinotos
250 grams of sugar (1¼ cups)
250 grams of water
1 teaspoon of thick salt

1. Wash the quinotos and pass a stick for sushi from the end until it comes out on the other side. In this way, you can remove the seeds after cooking them and make quinotos in seedless syrup.

2. Fill a pot with enough water and a teaspoon of thick salt. Place the quinotos and hyérvelos for about 5 minutes.
