500 grams of pumpkin
100 grams of cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon of maicen

1. Wash the pumpkin, take the seeds and cut it into large segments, leaving the skin. Place it on a microwave suitable plate and pour 3 tablespoons of water on it so that it does not dry out. Put a lid to cover the plate and enter it into the microwave for 12 minutes at a maximum temperature.





2. When 10 minutes have passed, open the microwave to check if the pumpkin is ready. Put it with a stick and, if it sinks easily, you will know that it is already cooked. If it is not yet, leave it a couple more minutes and, when taking it out, pédo it, then you can now do it easily.



Trick: Prepare the pumpkin in this way greatly facilitates the process of peeling it, so do not hesitate to use this trick for other pumpkin recipes.





3. Press the oven at 175 ºC. Check out the pumpkin in a mixing glass and add half a tarrine of cream cheese along with the rest of the recipe ingredients. Crush until a soft cream is left.





4. Spread a mold with butter and pour the cream in the pumpkin cake. Enter the mold into the oven at medium height and bake for 50 minutes. When 30 minutes have passed, the temperature 165 ºC drops with heat only.





5. Remove the cheese and pumpkin cake care not to burn you. Brush the cake with brunette sugar previously dissolved in water to shine and contrast to your recipe. Sprinkle with fillet almonds and return to the oven for 5 minutes to 180 ºC. Do it with heat only above to gratin.
