1. To make our pistachio truffles, we are going to put the peeled pistachios with 25 grams of icing sugar in a kitchen robot to crush both ingredients. We reserve a tablespoon to decorate the truffles.
2. We put in a bowl the crushed pistachios along with the rest of sugar, the ground almond and mix.
3. We incorporate four tablespoons of water and a drop of green food coloring. We mix everything well until you get a dough that can be handled with your hands to be able to make pistachio chocolates.
