Pineapple tatin recipe

10 slices of pineapple in syrup
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
100 gr. of flour
½ on yeast
100 gr. of brown sugar
40 gr. of butter
1 orange
1 kiwi
1 pinch of salt
mint leaf
