Pineapple jam recipe

1 large pineapple
2 neutral jelly sheets (agar-add if you are vegan)
1 tablespoon pure honey (optional)
1 tablespoon of stevia
1 small glass of water
1 teaspoon of ginger (optional)
1 jet of lemon juice

Ingredients to make pineapple jam:
