Pineapple and guindones cake recipe

In a round mold it is melted 1/2 cup of butter with blonde sugar. It is left over low heat for 5 minutes and the pisco is added.

Ingredients to make pineapple and guindones:
Caramel: 1/2 cup of butter:
1/4 cup of blonde sugar
1/2 cup of pisco
1 can of whole slices of piña
500 gr. from guindones
for the dough
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup of flour
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of evaporated milk
vainilla

Ingredients to make pineapple and guindones:

2. Let cook 5 more minutes. It is removed from the heat and extends in a way that it covers the entire bottom of the mold and let it cool.

3. Once cold, the slices of pineapple are placed on top and in the center of the pineapples without pepa.

4. Beat 1/2 cup of butter with sugar, add the yolks and continue beating.
