Pears flan recipe with sweet milk sauce

Candy: 120 g of sugar:
2 tablespoons of water

1 can of medium condensed milk
1/2 liter of milk
5 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1 can of pears in syrup

2. We caramel the flaneras with the hot candy and let it cool on the walls of the flanera and its base.

3. In a bowl we mix the can of milk condensed with normal milk, add the eggs, the vanilla essence, half of the previously drained and crushed pears and the other half of the pears cut into pieces.

4. We pour the preparation on the caramel mold and bake with a water bath (that is, we introduce the flaneras into a tray with water to soften cooking) for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

5. When, by introducing a needle into the flan, it comes out clean, the flan will be ready.

6. We remove, let cool and unmold.
