Pears dessert

Caleilla: Lique everything and bring to the fire until thickens like a custard, let stand.

Ingredients to make pears:
For 8 people ::
2 cans pear in almibar
6 spoon soup sugar (for meringue)
4 ud. egg white (for meringue)
para the custard
3/4 l. milk
4 you. Egg yollo
1 can condensed

Ingredients to make pears:

2. Merengue: Beat the whites to the point of snow, gradually add the sugar and continue beating until it gets hard.

3. In a trajita place pears (chopped or whole), the custard and the meringue, bring to the oven at 350ºC for 10 minutes or until the merengue brown.
