Pears and honey crumble recipe

Peel and cut the pears into pieces. Miert the butter in a pan and add the chopped pear, raisins and honey.

Ingredients to make pears and honey:
8 you. pear
150 gr. butter
50 gr. ravos
3 soup spoon honey
200 gr. flour
50 gr. ground almond
80 gr. sugar
100 gr. liquid cream

2. Let cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour the fruit into an oven source and let it cool.

3. Mix the flour with 100 grs of butter and the almond powder. Add the sugar and work with your fingers until you get a granulose dough.

4. Extend the dough above the pears so that they are covered.

5. Cook in the oven at 200ºC, for 25 minutes.

6. This dessert is served tempered and accompanied by liquid cream, which according to taste can be sweetened with a little with sugar.
