Peach pickle recipe

Soak grape raisins to soften.

Ingredients to make peach pickle:
1 kg. of large and yellow peaches
1/4 kg. of sugar
2 spoons of seed raisins without seed
3 white onions medium
3 green peppers
1 chili sliced chil /2 cup of vinegar
salt to taste

Ingredients to make peach pickle:

2. Peel and cut the peaches into wads of regular size.

3. Cut the green chili in pulls and the onion also in segments. Drain the raisins.

4. Mix with everything cut and brown slightly in a little oil.

5. Mix with the other ingredients except ginger and cook until they are soft.

6. Add the ginger and place in jars like any pickled.

7. Add some oil so that it does not between air and lasts longer.

8. Save in refrigerator.
