Peach pastel recipe

Ingredients to make peach pastel:
For 6-8 rations ::
1 sheet of broken pasta
1 tablespoon of butter
800 gr. of peaches in syrup
3 tablespoons of peach jam.
For cream ::
50 gr. of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 glass of milk
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of vanilla powder.

Ingredients to make peach pastel:

3. Bake about 20 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the cream by mixing sugar, flour and vanilla.

5. Pour the milk, bring to boil and cook 4 minutes.

6. Without boiling, add the yolks while still.

7. Pour a fine layer of cream on the dough.

8. Bake 30 minutes or until the cream sets.

9. Drain the peaches on absorbent paper.

10. Mix the syrup of the peaches with the jam.

11. Cover the cake with the peaches face down.

12. Bring with the mixture of syrup and jam.
