1 lemon
50 grams of sugar (¼ cup)
Additional characteristics: cheap cost, popular in spring-summer, cold

Ingredients to make peach and lemon sorbet:

1. Wash and peel the peaches, remove the bone and cut them into pieces. Apart, squeeze the lemon and reserve juice. Once all this is done, place in the jug of the blender the pieces of peach, add the lemon juice and crush everything together. In addition, add the sugar and continue crushing until you get a homogeneous texture.

TRUCK: If you like Sweeter you can add a little more sugar.

2. Now you have two options to freeze the peach and lemon sorbet: with or without refrigerator. With refrigerator: depending on the type of refrigerator you have to have the bucket in the freezer at least 24 hours before. Put the refrigerator running and sees the sorbet of the jug into the bucket for the opening. Leave the lemon sorbet about 20 minutes, or until you have the texture you like, and pour the mixture into a bowl that can go to the freezer so that it hardens well for about two hours.

3. Without refrigerator: pour the mixture into a bowl and put the peach and lemon sorbet in the freezer about two hours. Take it every half hour of the freezer and beat with some rods to break the ice crystals that are formed until you see that it has the texture of a sorbet. After the necessary time, remove the freezer sorbet and serve in glass glasses.

Trick: If you have a sorbet too liquid and you prefer it more creamy, more dense, you can add a spoonful of skimmed milk.
