Pastanaga Pastís Recipe

Ingredients to make Pastanaga Pastís:
2 sugar vessel
5 you. Egg
1 vessel olive oil (which is not completely full)
2 1/4 glass flour
1 glass of nuts (nuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts) and raisins
yeast powder (1 and 1/3 above)
2 cinnamon teaspoon
1 teaspoon vain sugar
3 glass carrot glass
1 pinch pig butter

Ingredients to make Pastanaga Pastís:

2. the whites of the yolks are separated and the first ones are uploaded.

3. The ingredients are mixed: first the sugar with the yolks, the oil is added, then the carrot and the flour.

4. The nuts, vanilla and cinnamon are mixed.

5. Finally the whites already mounted and the yeast are incorporated.

6. The paste is put inside a mold previously smeared with butter and sprinkled with flour.

7. 2 Cooking puts in the oven (average temperature) already hot and allowed to cook about an hour. (The measure is a glass of water)
