Ingredients to make pancakes with dulce de leche (sweet firoas):

1. The first step you have to do to prepare these flesses with dulce de leche is to mix the wet ingredients. Beat the eggs until they integrate, add oil and water.





2. Add the flour and mix everything well with a spoon. To facilitate the process, you can use a blender or the mixer. Thus, lumps will be avoided.





3. Place the pan over medium heat and, once hot, make the surface slightly. Pour 1/4 of the mixture of sweet Galician Filloas and spread well. Let cook for a minute and turn it, leaving it in the fire for 30 more seconds. When time passes, remove sweet crepe and continue with the rest of the preparation.





4. Once cold or crepes are cold, join them with dulce de leche and roll them in a tubular form. As option, these sweet pancakes can be sprinkled with glasses sugar.
